Building Sites and Building Inspections

The building official designated for the City is Randy Brown. He conducts plan reviews and issues all building permits for the City as well coordinates and performs the R-1 and other basic, minor inspections. The Building inspector is Raymond Hopper who oversees all inspections and performs all commercial development inspections within the City to ensure life safety measures pertaining to the adopted building codes have been met. Construction work is inspected in progress and once completed to ensure the work is performed in accordance with the approved plans and adopted ordinances.  Information concerning applications and fees can be found under the City Administration tab.
