Yes, Willard does have an on-call person to pick up stray animals.  You can contact this person at 425-5710.  After the animals are secured, Willard takes the animals to the Springfield Animal Shelter (833-3592).
 


 

Q: Who do I call for water and sewer inspections or problems?

 
If you suspect a possible water leak, or are having any other problems with your water and sewer, please call City Hall at 742-3033.  Also call City Hall for any inspections needed for these utility systems.  Please refer other utility issues to the proper utility company.  You can find a list on the front page under “Utility Services”.

Yes, Willard has a Care Center and Assisted Living Centers.  You can find information for these businesses on the front page under “Medical/Dental” in the Business Directory.
 


 

Q: Where do I go to vote if I live in the City limits?

 
Willard voting center is located at the Community Center at 222 West Jackson, next to City Hall.  You can also register to vote at Willard City Hall or at the Willard Library located in the East Shopping Center.
