Questions regarding the Miller Road Project?
Public Works will host an informational open house for the Miller Road Improvements project at 5 – 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 26, at Willard City Hall (224 W. Jackson St). Residents are invited to learn about the project and discuss construction impacts with project engineers. There will be no formal presentation.
This project will involve widening Miller Road to three lanes between Kime Street and New Melville Road. Improvements will include curb & gutter, a sidewalk, stormwater infrastructure, and a larger capacity water line.
Most of the Miller Road Improvements project will be funded by the Federal Highway Administration’s Surface Transportation Program. The project is in the final design phase. Construction is expected in 2018.
