Applying for Utilities Service:
Applications must be submitted with appropriate identification.
- A deposit for Water/Sewer accounts will be determined by a delinquency check. It will either be a deposit of $100, or $200.
- We will NEED a digital COLOR copy of the Identification (Driver's License or other legal ID) for the person(s) to be on the account.
- Email the above Identification (most people are taking a picture of their ID) and Form to the following email. Please include the word "Form" in the subject line.
- When we receive your email we will call you to get the deposit.
The deposit will be either a $100 or $200
We verify all emails sent with either a phone call or a return email. If you DO NOT get a response within 24 hours, please resend and/or call us at 417-742-3033.
Trash and Recycling
As of January 1, 2024 The City of Willard no longer offers trash.
You will need to contact a trash service provider for trash rates.

4. ACH - Please fill out the form below. Attach a Voided Check and return to City Hall. (ACH is check only at this time)

Please be aware there is a 3% fee on all credit/debit card transactions both in office and on website.
