1. Parade 11:50 am - 1:00 pm: roads between the intersections of Jackson ST & Miller Rd and Jackson street park (including Z Highway) will be blocked by barriers and personnel for the freedom fest parade.
2. Festival 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm: after the parade, Jackson St will remain closed between Farmer Rd / Z Highway and Grand Prairie for the duration of the festival.
3. Residents only 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm: all-day soft closures (closures only admitting residents) include Cherry St & Farmer Rd, Dorcus Rd & Jackson St, Wiley Rd & Farmer Rd and Grand Prairie & Wiley Rd.
