Willard Police Department
For Immediate Release
A 22-year-old male was deemed deceased this morning, December 23rd at 828am, at the Willard care center. He arrived there Monday, December 22nd, at around 430pm after being transported there via ambulance.
He is believed to have been assaulted in Stone County prior to his arrival.
The investigation will be conducted by Stone County Sheriff’s Office. No further information is known to us at this time.
Individuals are presumed innocent until and unless found guilty.
