Starting on Monday, February 2nd 2026, Willard Public Works will begin work on a project to expand sewer along a stretch of Farm Road 103 between EE Highway and Farm Road 94. Please be aware that because of the extent of work and the use of heavy equipment, there will be delays and possible road closures at times. We expect this project to take up to a month to complete, depending on weather conditions. Please consider using an alternate route if possible, otherwise please use caution and expect delays.
