Licenses

City of Willard requires all "person, firm, corporation or partnership" that wish to engage in any occupation trade, callings, professions or establishments named within the City of Willard must have a business license. 
Each Business license expires December 31st of the year that it was issued.
Please see below what is needed with each business application.
Contractors/Manufacturing/Distribution 

1. If you sell product we will need a No Tax Due Letter from the Missouri Department of Revenue.
2. We require a Certificate of Liability Insurance.
3. If your business is located inside the City Limits of Willard we will need a Pretreatment Survey. (there is a $10 charge)
4. If your business is located inside the City Limits of Willard and you have a grease trap we will need a Fog Permit Application. (there is a $10 charge)

Retail/Service

1. If you sell product we will need a No Tax Due Letter from the Missouri Department of Revenue.
2. If your business is located inside the City Limits of Willard we will need a Pretreatment Survey (there is a $10 charge).
3. If your business is located inside the City Limits of Willard and you have a grease trap we will need a Fog Permit Application (there is a $10 charge).

Solicitors 

1. If you sell product we will need a No Tax Due Letter from the Missouri Department of Revenue.
2. We require a Certificate of Liability Insurance.
3. Complete the Request for Criminal Record check for each individual who will be involved.

Restaurant and Food Trucks

1. If you sell product we will need a No Tax Due Letter from the Missouri Department of Revenue.
2. You will need to send the Greene County Food Service Permit.
3. If your business is located inside the City Limits of Willard we will need a Pretreatment Survey (there is a $10 charge).
4. If your business is located inside the City Limits of Willard and you have a grease trap we will need a Fog Permit Application (there is a $10 charge).
